Hi. I’m Wes.

For 15 years I was a product designer (Apple, Samsung, IBM), trained to catch the details everyone else skips. Then I moved to Colorado Springs myself and got licensed to help other people do it right.

I work mostly with families relocating here. A lot of them are military, on a PCS clock, buying a home they haven’t always had the chance to stand inside. That’s a lot to get right the first time. So I treat it like a design problem: read the fine print, find the catch, make the call you won’t regret in two years.
